About Sorin Lazar
Hello, I'm Sorin Lazar, a transformational life coach with a deep curiosity about the human mind and the way our thoughts, beliefs and choices shape our lives.
I work with people who know that something needs to change but may not yet know where to begin. You may feel stuck, uncertain about your direction, or aware that self-doubt, limiting beliefs and familiar patterns are preventing you from moving forward. You may have ambitions that matter to you, yet find yourself postponing decisions, questioning your abilities or repeatedly returning to the same place.
My role is to help you understand what is happening beneath the surface, gain clarity about what you genuinely want and turn that awareness into purposeful action.

Why Coaching Matters to Me
My journey into coaching began with a personal desire to understand myself more deeply. I have experienced periods of self-doubt, disappointment and uncertainty, as well as moments when I questioned whether I was living in alignment with my potential.
These experiences taught me that meaningful transformation rarely comes from motivation alone. It begins when we become aware of the beliefs and patterns influencing our behaviour, take responsibility for our choices and start acting with greater intention.
I see coaching as a collaborative process of exploration, discovery and change. I do not provide ready-made answers or decide which direction you should take. Through meaningful questions, honest reflection and practical coaching tools, I help you uncover your own answers, challenge what keeps you stuck and develop greater trust in your judgement.

My Background
My academic and professional journey reflects my long-standing interest in human thought, behaviour and personal development. I hold degrees in Philosophy and Business Management, alongside an accredited Life Coach qualification and training in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
I am currently undertaking undergraduate studies in Psychology at Birkbeck, University of London, where I continue to deepen my understanding of human behaviour, cognition and the psychological processes that influence change.

My purpose is to help you develop the clarity, confidence and self-awareness to recognise your own answers and make choices that genuinely reflect who you are.
What You Can Expect
My approach is warm, thoughtful and honest. You will have the space to express yourself without judgement, explore new perspectives and understand the patterns influencing your decisions. I will listen with empathy while also asking the questions that encourage deeper reflection and personal responsibility.
Our work is not about becoming a completely different person. It is about reconnecting with your strengths, recognising what you are capable of and making choices that reflect the person you want to be.

My Approach
I believe real transformation begins with awareness. Before we can change our lives, we need to understand the thoughts, beliefs and patterns that shape the way we see ourselves, make decisions and respond to challenges.
My approach combines honest and reflective conversation, powerful questions and practical coaching tools with insights drawn from attachment theory, behavioural psychology and personal development — helping you move from feeling stuck or uncertain towards greater clarity, confidence and purposeful action.
I do not offer generic advice or a fixed formula. Every person has a different story, set of challenges and vision for their life. My role is to create a supportive, non-judgemental space where you can think openly, challenge old assumptions and see new possibilities. I will listen with empathy, but I will also challenge you when needed — not by telling you what to do, but by helping you recognise the patterns, excuses and fears that may be keeping you in the same place.
